Your new house looks a lot like our fixer upper house except that basement rocks! Like a whole house by itself. Betcha they had an apartment for somebody down there. And the extra garage! Cool! Very exciting.
Love the big living room with the fireplace. Our family room has a great fireplace too. The one main floor will be perfect for the pups as they get older and arthritis sets it. That's our main reason for buying our house cuz of exactly that.
Looks like some work ahead for your though. But, it's amazing what paint can do! Do you have hard wood under all that ugly carpet? Love the huge yard. Dogs are going to love running around it once you get it fenced!
